happiness, material wealth and physical well being. This Buddhist monk has
transcended negativity and found freedom through inner peace. His reward
is happiness.
Happiness must come from within. It does not come from anything outside of you. No amount of money or material belongings will bring you happiness. It does not come from the roles that you play or any relationships that you have with others. Happiness comes from the relationship that you have with yourself and the state of mind created by your feelings of contentment and peace.
