You have become uncomfortable in a certain environment in your life.  It no longer feels safe and you may not know the reason why.  Some part of your awareness has espied danger.  Pay close attention to what you are feeling.  How is your body reacting to the situation?  Is there a part of your body that feels uncomfortable?  Are you jumpy or do you suddenly have an upset stomach?  Your body can be like a traffic light if you learn how to read it.  If you train your mind to be more sensitive you will learn to avoid danger before it happens.
