THREE OF SWORDS

Three Swords puncture a bleeding heart.  This symbolism is simple and straight forward.  A relationship has ended bringing with it rupture and emotional pain.  For every situation in life there is a beginning and an ending.  Some associations end with dramatic finality while others simply fade away.  Either way these endings can be emotionally devastating.  When you experience a loss that cuts to the quick, you have even more trouble letting it go.  Consequently these difficult endings are usually followed by periods of sadness and grieving.  It is necessary to allow the old pain to become obsolete before you try to love again.  Eventually a new relationship will come along that will replace this sorrow with hope and fulfillment.
